HTC Snap: “BlackBerry” With Windows Mobile OS From HTC
In the second quarter of 2009, Taiwan’s smartphone vendor HTC launch a smartphone called HTCS522 or HTC Snap. At the first blush, HTC Snap favored one with Blackberry. Actually, HTC Snap aim for consumer who want a smartphone with Blackberry style but using Windows Mobile as OS (no Symbian or Blackberry OS).
The “Blackberry” HTC Snap use a trackball and QWERTY keyboard too like Blackberry smartphone. HTC Snap has a feature called Inner Circle for automatically send email from contact list and save the email in inbox.
HTC Snap completed with fast mobile CPU Qualcomm MSM 7225 528MHz for Windows Mobile 6.5 OS. With slim body, HTC Snap also has a lot of important features such as 3G connectivity, Assisted GPS, Wi-Fi, 2 Megapixels camera, touchscreen QVGA display with 320×240 pixel resolution, microSDHC card reader and 480 hours standby ability for the battery.
