Samsung has just announced Samsung E1130B, a tough mobile phone with IP54 certification, with dust resistance and water resistance. Samsung E1130B has compatibility with GSM, GPRS and WAP. Samsung E1130B offers a 1.52 inch LCD, FM radio, a dictaphone, some games, MP3 ringtones, a mini flashlight, a small memory for contacts, calls and messages (a few MB at most), and data synchronization via Bluetooth (no USB connection here).

With weight about 81 grams, Samsung E1130B available in dark gray / orange color. Samsung E1130B use Lithium-Ion 1000 mAh as battery & it is provide 1 to 10 hours of talk time calls.
