We’ve seen previous Samsung phones with mini projectors like the Samsung W7900 and this time the next generation phone with projector from Samsung has come. It’s the Samsung i8520 & it is also called Samsung Halo. Samsung i8520 / Samsung Halo is a GSM phone with Android 2.1 as operating system with the Pico Projector. Just like Samsung W7900, Samsung i8520 also has a thin shape (it’s a phone with a projector).

Another amazing technology in Samsung i8520 / Samsung Halo is it uses screen with size 3.7 inch with WVGA AMOLED with ability to display the colors up to 5x better than the ordinary AMOLED. Other specifications of Samsung i8520 are : it has 8 MP camera, video recording HD (720p / 30 fps), 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, aGPS, 16 GB of internal memory and supports microSD memory cards. Samsung i8520 / Samsung Halo will go on sale in Europe in the 3rd quarter of 2010. There is no price info about Samsung i8520 / Samsung Halo.
