Big screen mobile phone with super-thin size by ZTE finally unveiled to the public. The mobile phone is ZTE Grand S which has a thickness of only 6.9 millimeters in size. By that measure, the phone is a 5-inch phablet which has thinnest body on the market today. Although thin, phablet comes with some advanced specifications.

The first is a 5-inch display full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) on the front. Furthermore, this big phone uses quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor with 1.7GHz speed and 2 GB of RAM. There is also a 13 MP camera and a 2 MP camera on the front.

ZTE Grand S mobile phone also has an internal memory capacity of 16 GB. When the internal memory capacity feels not enough, there is a microSD slot to increase storage capacity. Unfortunately, the battery capacity of ZTE Grand S is not too large, it’s only 1780 mAH.

As a first step, the ZTE will start selling this phone in the Chinese market in the first quarter of 2013. Not yet known whether this phone will also be available to the global market or not.
