Passed the Verification, Xiaomi Phone 2 (China Telecom Version) Will be Priced at 1999 RMB

Four days earlier, the CEO of Xiaomi, Lei Jun was confirmed that Xiaomi Phone 2 for China Telecom will soon be available in the next two weeks. And finally, recently reportedly that the device has now received the green light from local authorities in China. Xiaomi Phone 2 for China Telecom identical with Xiaomi 2 Phone which is similar to that previously marketed in China. The main difference only at the network support. The Xiaomi Phone 2 is reportedly not only compatible with CDMA2000 and CDMA 1X networks, but also supports WCDMA and GSM networks under the authority of the China Telecom.

Xiaomi Phone 2 MIUI Preview

Xiaomi Phone 2 version of China Telecom has a touch screen measuring 4.3 inch 720p HD, quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro 1.5 GHz processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory and 8 MP main camera. Other than that, it also uses MIUI V4 based on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. Although it will be released within two weeks before the Chinese Lunar New Year, but it’s rumored that Xiaomi Phone 2 for China Telecom is going to be priced at 1999 RMB or about $321 USD per unit.
