NTT DoCoMo as the predominant mobile phone operator in Japan has shows Mobile Simultaneous Interpretation System technology as real time translator through the phone.

The good news, DoCoMo will allow customers to “unlock ” their phones with a cheap charge, about 3150 Yen. Beginning April 1, 2011, the “unlock” service will be started and the DoCoMo’s competitors – Softbank will also do the “unlock” service.

After Sharp announced two 3D mobile phones without the need of glasses ( Sharp Galapagos 003SH and Sharp Galapagos 005SH ), again, Sharp announced latest 3D mobile phone by DoCoMo (formerly Softbank). DoCoMo LYNX 3D SH-03C is a 3D mobile phone with 3.8-inch screen (480 × 800) that uses a special application to process the 2D images into 3D and the images can be viewed without the need of 3D glasses.

Are you a big fan of biscuit? If yes, this mean you must have a docomo STYLE series SH-04C phone. Sharp SH-04C from DoCoMo is a clamshell phone with fun and unique design, a melted chocolate biscuit. SH-04C is one of DoCoMo’s limited edition phone, there are only 15000 “biscuit phones” will be issued by DoCoMo. Here it comes a new smartphone as Dell Streak competitor named Docomo Lynx SH-10B. Similar with Dell Streak, Docomo Lynx SH-10B also has a large screen (5 inch) with high resolution (960 x 480) and support multi-touch. Docomo Lynx SH-10B also uses Android as operating system and it uses Android version 1.6. Something that makes different between Docomo Lynx SH-10B and Dell Streak is this phone has a big and comfort QWERTY keyboard and a trackball for easy navigation.

DoCoMo N-08B is a communicator phone that produced by DoCoMo with perfect performance as mobile phone and a small computer. DoCoMo N-08B mobile phone runs on Windows CE as operating system. The good point from DoCoMo N-08B is the QWERTY keyboard is different with other QWERTY model. The existing QWERTY keyboard really looks like a computer keyboard that equipped with a separate number keys on the top plus a small mouse in the middle of the keyboard.

When we traveling to different countries, we have to take some phones just because sometimes the different countries has different types of cellular frequency (GSM, CDMA and others). That’s sucks.
