Not long ago, Motorola Droid RAZR has been claimed by Motorola that it is the world's thinnest smartphone. But it only last for a few of months, and now the record as the world's slimmest mobile phone already change. And the smartphone that beat Motorola Droid RAZR is Fujitsu Arrows F-07D. It is an Android phone with a very thin design, the thickness is only 6.9 mm (while Motorola Droid RAZR is only 7.1 mm).
