The progress of the WiMax connection has triggered Kyocera as one of the biggest electronics manufacturer in Japan to produce a smartphone with WiMax connectivity in it. The smartphone is Kyocera Digno ISW11K and it is launched by KDDI, a Japanese telecommunications operator. Kyocera Digno ISW11K uses Android 2.3 Gingerbread as operating system. The WiMax feature that available in this Android phone will allow us to download data at speed up to 40 Mbps and upload up to 10 Mbps.
