Looks like the Sony Ericsson Xperai Arc will not be the thinnest Android phone anymore. NEC will soon launch an Android phone that will beat the thinnest of the Sony Ericsson Xpera Arc. If Sony Ericsson has claimed that Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc thickness has only 8.7 mm, NEC claims that their Android phone, NEC Medias N-04C thickness only 7.7 mm or 1 mm thinner than Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc. The NEC Medias N-04C is equipped with 4-inch screen display, Android 2.2 OS and like other Japanese smartphone, it is also equipped with a 1Seg TV Tuner (Digital TV) and NFC Felica (pay using the phone).
